The park is located in the VII district of Rome and is easily accessible by subway, line A, stops Giulio Agricola, Lucio Sestio, Cinecittà

  • Lake Albano and the walking paths of the Roman Castles : 

The excursion starts from near Lake Albano and then continues downhill on forest tracks and trails to the equestrian center of the Vivaro pratoni, cross Via dei Laghi and descend on a dirt road towards Genzano.

A short stop in Nemi is planned. You then resume pedaling on a path that leads to Fontana Tempesta. From here, a fun path in the woods leads back to the starting point.

  • The Tuscolo Archaeological Park

The Tuscolo Archaeological and Cultural Park is the historic heart of the Rome Castles.

The area contains the remains of the ancient Latin city of Tusculum: mythology narrates that the site was founded by Telegono, the son of Ulysses and the sorceress Circe.

The excursion, departing from Frascati and adaptable to meet everyone’s needs, allows you to appreciate the beauties of the park and its surroundings and along the way you can admire naturalistic panoramas and archaeological remains very well preserved for a journey back in time to the mythical journey.

  • Circumnavigation of Lake Nemi

Path of about six kilometers with easy access that starts from the Nemi Ship Museum and arrives at the emissary of the lake itself.

During the journey it is possible to look out over the lake, see suggestive landscapes and listen to the singing of the birds, many of which nest among the reeds that line the banks.
